  • A disposable styrofoam cooler can be ordered, but is often found in local convenience or department stores. The cooler is lined with a trash can liner, to prevent leaks if the cooler should crack.

  • If you choose to use a hardshell cooler, please use one that you don't need returned.

  • Ice is obtained from the hospital floor. After the cooler is lined, it can be filled with loose ice, and then the container provided by the hospital is put into the ice.

  • Once cooler is packed, and is in your possession, please call or text to arrange pickup or meetup.

  • Local pickups take place at the door of the hospital.
